Badsnake is back on wt watchers and I'm keeping a diary of what I eat, just so I have an idea of my calorie intake. But my big question is how many exercise points do I get for car dancing? vigorously?
My intake so far:
one cup wheat bran cereal (twice as much as the recommended serving)
with about 2/3 cup vanilla soy milk and about 1/3 cup raisins
a glass of min. maid light lemonade
1 tbsp cashews
a pot of tea
2 tbsps lightly salted peanuts
1 choc yogurt
2 enchiladas with rice and refried beans (that one's gonna cost me)
a can of fresca
a pear
another cup of tea
1/2 liter of water so far
And how many exercise points for throwing pots?
